1. Our promise

We want you to be happy with the paid plan. If it is not right for you, you can ask for a refund as described below.

2. When you can get a refund

• First purchase: within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, you can request a full refund, no reason needed.
• Renewals: if you forgot to cancel, you can request a refund of the latest renewal within 48 hours of the charge, provided you have not used more than a small part of the paid period's quota.
• Service problems: if the paid features were substantially unavailable because of a fault on our side, we will refund or extend your plan for the affected period.

3. What is not refundable

• Requests made after the periods above (for example, partway through a quarterly or annual term that you have been using normally).
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
• Restrictions or suspension of your X account by X, which are outside our control (see the Terms of Service).

4. How to request a refund

Email tianqianhao666@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the email used for payment and the approximate payment date. We aim to reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider Creem to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. What happens after a refund

Paid benefits end immediately when a refund is processed, and your account returns to the free quota. Refunded subscriptions are cancelled and will not renew.

6. Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel at any time in "Manage subscription" in the Extension settings. After cancellation your benefits continue until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
